Statement of Impartiality

To ensure that the testing carried out by Shanghai Huahui Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (the Company) is objective, impartial and conducted with integrity, to improve the quality of our service, and to ensure that our test results and data are accurate and reliable, we declare as follows:

1. Compliance with fire safety laws, regulations and technical standards

   1. a）The Company complies with laws and regulations and with accreditation policies and rules, carries out testing objectively, independently, impartially and fairly, acts in good faith, observes professional ethics and fulfils its social responsibilities.
   2. b）The Company tests strictly to the current editions of international, national and industry standards or of the technical standards specified by the client, to ensure that test data are accurate and valid.

2. Principles for our fire safety technical services

   1. a）The Company is impartial in all testing and is responsible for the impartiality of its testing. At no time may commercial, financial, administrative or other pressures be allowed to influence or compromise that impartiality.
   2. b）The Company identifies risks to impartiality on an ongoing basis through its organisation and procedures, and takes measures to eliminate or minimise the risks identified.
   3. c）The Company operates strictly in line with its management system, assures the quality of its testing, and is responsible for the test data and results it issues.
   4. d）The Company is responsible for managing the information obtained or created in its testing. Unless required by law or agreed with the client, the Company notifies the client before making any information public, keeps all other proprietary information of the client confidential, and accepts the corresponding legal responsibility.
   5. e）All staff are free from any internal or external interference and from financial inducements in their testing work, accept no commercial bribes, and ensure that the Company operates with integrity and that test conclusions are accurate and reliable.

3. Our service commitments

   1. a）Testing staff do not carry out any testing related to their immediate family or in which they have an interest, and take no part in product marketing or promotion that could affect the impartiality of testing.
   2. b）The Company treats all clients equally and provides the same quality of service, acts lawfully and fairly without favour, and completes testing scientifically, impartially, accurately and on time.
   3. c）The Company completes testing and issues test reports within the agreed time. Any delay caused by circumstances beyond its control will be discussed with the client promptly.
